Are there refrigerators at the Animal Kingdom Lodge?

    Hey, Christina-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. So, you've decided to travel to the deepest parts of Africa to make your home at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. You are going to have a wild time.

All Walt Disney World Resort hotels have a complimentary mini-fridge in the room as of a few of years ago. This is a perfect way to store leftovers, soft drinks and even medicine. We love buying water bottles and storing them in the mini-fridge so we have cold water for the next day. We also use the mini-fridge to store the huge desserts we have left over after dining at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. Ask your server for a “To-Go” box and enjoy the sweet treat on another day.

Disney Dad Tip: The flamingo activity takes place at the Uzima Flamingo Pond and is available to everyone. There is no cost for this activity which typically occurs at 9:00 a.m. daily. A zookeeper Cast Member will feed the flamingos and educate you on their lifestyle, habitat and characteristics. Times may change so I would suggest you call 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) to firm up the time closer to your trip.

Christina, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
