Can you recommend a dinner reservation that, with the right timing, would allow us to view parade or fireworks while eating?

    Hey Jennifer!

A huge, warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy that I get to answer your fantastic question today. I hope that the Disney Parks Moms Panel can help you better plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

My absolute favorite dining experience for viewing fireworks at Walt Disney World Resort is located at California Grill in Disney’s Contemporary Resort. When the Magic Kingdom Park fireworks commence, the music is piped into the Restaurant and the lights are dimmed. You will be able to view the fireworks from the California Grill tables, lounge area or from its dedicated observation deck (my favorite)!

Even if you don’t “time” your dinner correctly, and end up dining before or after the fireworks, you will still be allowed to view the fireworks from the lounge or the observation deck! If you dine before the fireworks, take your receipt to the check-in desk on the 2nd floor for reentry to California Grill. If your dining reservation lands after the fireworks, you will also be able to view the fireworks from the Lounge or the Observation Desk.

    Quick Tip
: Reservations are strongly recommended. To make your reservation via phone, please dial  (407) 939-1947. Please remember that fireworks may be cancelled due to inclement weather and are subject to change.

Jennifer, I wish you an unforgettable vacation. If I can offer any more tips or suggestions for you, please visit me again! I am happy to help you.
