We recently visited Disney World and one cast member in particular was very helpful, going above and beyond to help us. Who can we write/call/email to express our thanks for the superior service? Thanks!

Disney welcomes feedback from guests about cast member performance. If a particular cast member has gone out of his or her way to make your trip extra special, then a wonderful way to thank him or her is to send a letter to Disney. Guest feedback is an important part of performance evaluation and job placement at WDW, so whenever a guest takes the time to write a note about a cast member, their comments are taken seriously.

To send a note of praise about a special cast member, write to Guest Communications at:

    Guest Communications
    P.O. Box 10040
    Lake Buena Visa, FL 32830

Be as specific as you can about the name of the cast member and what special service you received. I'm sure they will appreciate the effort you made.
