Hi! I recently purchased the MaxPass for our trip in a couple of weeks but could not make any reservations for rides on it. It is asking if all of my party is in the park? Would we have to be in the park to start using the MaxPass?

    Hi Chandara!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. For folks visiting Disneyland Resort for the first time, many expect the advance planning that happens at Walt Disney World Resort, but in the true California laid back attitude, it's a much simpler process!

You will actually use Disney MaxPass to book your FASTPASS each day of your trip. Once you scan entry and are admitted to a park, you'll have the option to book FASTPASS in both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, regardless of which park you enter first. You'll also want to make sure that everyone that you are trying to book a FASTPASS for has entered too! As someone that splits their time fairly even between both coasts, I adore the ease of the Disney MaxPass system and you'll be amazed how much you can accomplish in a day, especially if you arrive early.

I hope this helps in planning your upcoming visit to The Happiest Place on Earth! Please come by and let us know if we can help in any other way.
