We recently did our 1st DC. We are confused about the green gratuity sheet we received at the end showing the break down of gratuities. If you know what I'm talking about, is used to give extra tip in little white envelopes?

    Hi there, Melanie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I know you had an amazing time on your Disney Cruise Line vacation and are eagerly counting down until your next one.  Have you set your Cruise Countdown Clock on the Navigator app?  If not, do so and watch the days tick away until you’re once again sailing away!

Suggested gratuities are added to your stateroom account at the end of your sailing and the sheet that you received in your stateroom with the envelopes breaks it down for you to see how the gratuities are dispersed.  If You can separate the slips at the perforated lines and place in the small envelopes to personally give to your server, assistant server, head server and stateroom host/hostess at the end of your sailing.  Additionally, if you feel their service warranted any extra gratuities, you can add that in the envelope at at time.  You can always visit Guest Services if you choose to change the gratuity from the suggested amount to something different.

As a Silver Castaway Member, your Online Check-In Window will open 90 days prior to your sailing, and at that time you can reserve onboard activities and port adventures.

I wish you a magical and memorable sailing on your next adventure at sea!

    Happy Sailing!
