    We received our upgraded magic bands but did not receive the souvenir luggage tags. Does Disney still send these or have they been discontinued?

     Julia, I'm so pleased to hear your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is in just a few short weeks. Now more than ever is the time to visit!

     Opening my mailbox to find my family's MagicBands have arrived is like waking up on Christmas morning. What excitement! Now that Guests have the option to upgrade their MagicBands, receiving that pixie-dusted box is even more thrilling. 

     Guests who book a Disney Resort Hotel Package still receive luggage tags prior to their arrival. These Character-themed tags should be packed in the same box as the MagicBands that arrive in the mail. I haven't heard that they've been discontinued, but I have heard of a few instances recently in which luggage tag straps were included, but not the actual tags. My best guess is that it's just a packing glitch! I recommend calling the Reservation Center at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to sort that out for you!
