I received a unique offer code but I can't find where to enter the code in the reservation section. When I went to checkout or before that, I can't find where to enter my code. Could you help me please?

    Hi Sabrina!

From time to time, Walt Disney World Resort will send out special "unique offer codes" to select guests or Annual Passholders to book a future Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation at a significantly discounted rate. Congratulations on receiving one of these special pixie-dusted offers!

If you received your special code via email, it's likely there is a phone number listed for you to call and mention your special pin code. I recently received a pixie-dusted offer myself, and there was a number for me to call to "learn more or book". There could also be a special link in the email (mine did not contain a link). If you received your code via mail, there should be a Walt Disney World Resort phone number listed for you to call for more information or to book your trip.

When calling to speak with a Cast Member, make sure to have your offer code on hand. I hope this helps with your planning, and you're soon looking forward to your next Walt Disney World vacation.

    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
