    I received the packet in the mail about my trip that happens in 10 days. I am in a panic because I am not sure where I put it, can it can be replaced? I know it had stuff for the arcade and my kids definitely want to go to the arcade. Please help!!

    Hi Tina,

    This happened to me once and I suggest you call Guest Services at (407) 939-6244 and a cast member will be able to assist you further.  I was able to call them and they had the replacement package waiting for me at the front desk of my WDW Resort when I checked-in.  They may even have another set mailed to you if there is time, I am not sure what they will do in your case, but by calling this number, you are sure to get in touch with someone who will offer you a suggestion and answer so that you don't need to worry.  Hope everything works out for you and that you will enjoy your trip to WDW in just 10 days....woohoo!
