I received some of the Magical Express Luggage tags; however, some are not there. We originally had 2 rooms and then switched to a family suite. Is a mix-up or will I just receiving those luggage tags separately? Are those tags required to ride express??

Hi, Demi! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. Usually, the yellow luggage tags are sent in one shipment. You may want to give Disney's Magical Express a call at (866) 599-0951 to see if more tags can be mailed to you. You also may want to give the Walt Disney World Resort reservations office a call to make sure all Guests are included in your current reservation.

The yellow luggage tags are an additional (and so very awesome!) benefit provided to Guests utilizing Disney's Magical Express. You are not required to use the tags, and if you are arriving at Orlando International Airport (MCO) after 10:00 p.m., then you will definitely not want to affix them to your luggage! If you do have such a late arrival or if you would rather claim your luggage yourself, then you may dispose of the tags and head to the appropriate Baggage Claim area upon your arrival at MCO before walking to the Magical Express boarding area. You will need the document that was included in the luggage tag delivery, as it is your ticket to board the Magical Express motorcoach. A quick scan of your MagicBand can also serve as your ticket, so be sure not to pack those.

Demi, when it is time to head back home, you will want to remove those lovely yellow tags from your luggage. We would hate for them to make a return trip back to your Resort hotel while you headed home! You are welcome to use the Resort Airline Check-In Service at your Resort hotel, where you can check your bags and print out your boarding pass before boarding the Magical Express motorcoach for return service to MCO.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation, Demi! Please stop by again if you have any further questions for us.
