    I received my magic bands today ... one of them does not have a name since I was not done editing and they were still sent? Can I put a name when I arrive at the resort

    Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Getting your MagicBands customized and ordered is a fun way to prepare for your trip, so I understand your frustration that you didn't quite get what you hoped for. At this time, if your trip is pretty close, you may not be able to change your MagicBands, but you could attempt to try to call Guest Services at 1(407) 939-5277 and see if there is anything that they can do to assist. If they are not able to ship them to you ahead of your trip, I wouldn't worry too much! They will still work just as well and you will still have just as magical of a vacation! 

    At this time, there is no way to personalize them on site at the Walt Disney World Resort, but if your family member is particularly distressed at the way that their MagicBand turned out, you can absolutely purchase additional MagicBands on site at Walt Disney World Resort with lots of adorable characters and scenes on them that might suit them!
