    Jeffrey from MI Asked

Just received our luggage tags for both Disney Wilderness lodge and Disney cruise. We will be staying at the Wilderness lodge first, should we just put those tags on our luggage and not the cruise ones until the day we leave the lodge for the cruise?

    Hi Jeffrey!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question!

What a fabulous holiday you have lined up. I love to visit Walt Disney World followed by a Cruise on the Disney Cruise Line. It's just the perfect combination of fun and relaxation!

    You are precisely correct!
Prior to leaving home, affix only your bright yellow Disney's Magical Express tags. They'll have a Mickey Head with MK inside it (signifying that your resort hotel is in the Magic Kingdom vicinity) with Wilderness Lodge printed beneath.

Keep your Cruise luggage stickers safely tucked away with your other cruise documentation until the evening before your departure. You'll receive a notice at your Resort Hotel Room from the Disney Cruise Line folks, letting you know what time to place your packed luggage outside your Wilderness Lodge Resort Room door, with the DCL luggage stickers affixed (you'll want to remove your Magical Express stickers at this time also). Your luggage will be "magically" whisked off to Port Canaveral for you, and appear outside your stateroom door! It's wonderful!

Wishing you a simply Magical time on your Land & Sea Disney Vacation Jeffrey!
I hope you'll visit me again soon!
