I received an invitation to join "my Disney experience" and now I can't find the notification area after logging in. Any ideas on how to accept an invitation.

    Hi there, Karen!

How exciting that you received an invitation to join in on the magic that is My Disney Experience! I received one of those invitations myself a few weeks ago for an upcoming trip to Walt Disney World so let me see if I can help.

You'll want to be sure that you're logging in with the same user name and password that is connected with the email address where you received the invitation to join. You won't see the notification itself in your My Disney Experience profile, but as soon as you log in [and as long as your profile was selected to be a part of the testing], a pop-up window will come up inviting you to customize your MagicBands and schedule your FastPass+! By logging in and customizing your magic, you'll have accepted the invitation!

I discovered a couple of years ago that I had more than one profile for my online Disney account and it might be the same case for you. I was able to get everything taken care of by using the Technical Help Frequently Asked Questions!

I hope this helps, Karen! Please be sure to let us know if we can help with any other questions you have!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
