Disney's Magical Express transportation

Hello! We received extra luggage tags, because we hadn't received our original ones (of course they both came the same day!). Is there a limit on how many bags each person can have picked up by Disney on the Magical Express?

    Hi, Kymberly!

I am glad to hear you have received your Magical Express luggage tags. It is so nice not to worry about going to baggage claim. Simply head to your comfortable motorcoach (B-Side, Level 1 at the Orlando Airport) after exiting your airplane. Mickey and his team will gather your bags behind the scenes and deliver them right to your room (allow about 3 hours for delivery).

There is no limit to how many bags you can tag. Any luggage with the yellow Magical Express luggage tags will be transported to your room. However, remember that many airlines charge per bag, so be aware of luggage fees prior to your arrival at the airport. I would not want you to have huge fees just to check your luggage. Also, with a few exceptions (some Signature Dining experiences) you can dress "resort casual" for all activities in Walt Disney World so you should avoid over packing. You do not want your entire resort hotel room filled top to bottom with luggage!

When it is time to return home (I know, this is never the fun part!) remember to remove all of those yellow luggage tags. Feel free to use the Resort Airline Check-in to check your bags and get your boarding passes (5am - noon on your check-out day). The day prior to your departure, you will receive a letter that will detail your transportation for your ride back to the airport. Plan on your pick-up time to be approximately 3 hours before your flight time.

Wishing you happy packing and happy travels to Walt Disney World!
