I received my Disney Magical Express booklet today which included my flight arrival / departure times however I did not receive my plane ticket/boarding pass. We are travelling Air Canada. When / How do I get my plane tickets now?

    Hi Leslie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Isn't getting some magical mail exciting?  My daughter loves coming home and finding that Mickey has sent us some Pixie Dusted vacation information!  When I fly Air Canada, I have found that airline tickets and boarding passes will come in the form of a e-ticket.  What you will need to do is login to Air Canada online and go to "Manage My Bookings" that can be found on the top of the website.  From there you will need to provide your booking reference (confirmation number) as well as your last name.  Once you have completed this step, you should have access to all of your flight information.  Approximately 24 hours prior to you flight, you will be able to return to the website and check in.  Once you check in, you will be able to print your boarding passes.  Not to worry, if you don't complete this step, you are still able to check in at the airport and the Air Canada staff will issue you your boarding passes.  All you really need to bring with you to the airport is your booking reference number and your passports.

I hope this information helps Leslie.  Please let me know if you need further assistance in navigating the Air Canada website, or if you have any other questions as your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation approaches.  I would love to hear from you again.
