    Karen from NC Asked

Is it really a good idea to read one of those Disney travel books? If so, is there a preferred one to read? Would it make sense to wait until closer to your trip and get the 2015 edition? Thanks for all the help!!

    Hello Karen,
In my opinion one can never read enough about Walt Disney World Resort before an upcoming vacation!
I believe knowledge is king and you'll get so much more out of a trip if you know what's available before ever leaving home.
My preferred bedtime reading in the months and weeks preceding our family trips to Disney are the current years Birnbaum Guides to Walt Disney World (ISBN 978-142316939-0).
These official guides are packed full of information plus they even contain some very useful discount vouchers for vacation purchases like merchandise, dining and experiences.
In addition Birnbaum also produce Walt Disney World Guides for dining and restaurants plus a guide especially for children which includes a section for personal memories and for character autographs.
If you didn't want the cost of purchasing guide books I'm sure you could lend them from a nearby public library.
If I can help you further plan your 2015 vacation to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
