Hi, I was just reading a recent post about the magical express service only being available for certain airlines. We are going in April via southwest airlines and have reservations for the ME. I am confused?

    Hi Virginia,

I have used Disney's Magical Express when traveling from Canada and I have not used a participating airline, so this will not be a problem!  With Disney's Magical Express Transportation you will bypass the hustle and bustle of baggage claim, and avoid the hassle of having to find transportation and drive, you will be transported from Orlando International Airport to your Disney Resort hotel, and Disney will pick up and deliver your bags to your room. And when your vacation ends, enjoy this complimentary service back to the airport.  I think the answer/post you are referring to was more to do with checking your luggage in and receiving your boarding passes at your Disney World Resort upon check-out when your vacation is over and you will be going home......AWWWWW!!!!(this let's you bypass checking in at the airport completely!).  In order to use this luggage and boarding pass (pre-boarding) feature, you must be using one of the participating airlines that was mentioned and it must be a Domestic flight.  If you are not flying with one of these airlines, then you can still use the Magical Express Coach Service (available to you as a Guest of a select Walt Disney World Resort hotel), but you will have to check-in your luggage and receive your boarding passes at the airport check-in desk for Southwest Airlines at Orlando International Airport (upon departure of your resort).  Please visit this link for more detailed information about Magical Express and the benefits that come along with it.  I hope this has made you less confused....if it has helped, then my name is Brigitta and if it has confused you more, then my name is Donna!?!?

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
