Read that resort airline check-in is now available for Southwest at most resorts. How exactly does it work? I've read some information that implies you must arrange this at the airport, prior to boarding ME. Other info says just go to a desk at the resort.

    Hi Katherine,

I almost always travel Southwest Airlines to Walt Disney World, especially now that they are one of the few airlines that does not charge for your first couple of pieces of luggage.  I was happy to see that now Southwest is a carrier that you can use in conjunction with Disney's Magical Express. You are able to check your bags in at the Magical Express check in desk at your hotel. Just remember that you need to have your bags ready for check in about 2 hours before the Magical Express is scheduled to transport you back to the airport. The Disney Cast Members will check you in and give you your seat assignments as well. Keep those yellow tags on your bags, and you should be good to go with no prior arrangements at the airport. Happy flying!
