    Betty from Queensland Asked

I have read the park is very busy during Easter break and I would be coming from Australia. I am wondering, when does the Easter characters arrive at Disneyland?

Hello, Betty! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Easter has traditionally been a pretty popular time to visit the Disneyland Resort. However, I visited once right after Easter and we had a glorious time! With a little planning and some tried and true strategies, you too can easily manage the crowds. First, plan on getting to the parks as early as you can each day and take advantage of any early admission options you have available to you. The crowds are always the lowest in the morning and my family and I find that we can ride multiple attractions with minimal waiting in the early hours.

Next, make efficient use of the Disney FASTPASS Service to skip most of the queue at select attractions. To maximize your time even further, upgrade to the Disney MaxPass option for an additional fee. MaxPass allows you to make FASTPASS selections on your mobile device from anywhere in the parks. It's astonishing how much time MaxPass can save you since you don't have to visit physical FASTPASS distribution kiosks. Also, use the Disneyland app to look up attraction wait times before heading to your next attraction. You can also use the app to locate your favorite characters, make dining reservations, and so much more.

For news about all the fun happening at the parks during Easter, including the Egg-stravaganza, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog and follow them on social media. The blog will be the first place to announce all the spring happenings.

I hope this helps. Please stop by again if you have any other questions!
