I read that Kids under 3 don't need fast passes…. but I was told by a cast member when I called, that everyone in line for a fast pass for a meet and greet will need a fast pass. is this true? How does that work with my little ones?

    Hi Heather,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for your question!

My son is 2 1/2 and, on our visit to Walt Disney World Resort in June, my son still didn’t need a Theme Park Ticket, so we didn’t need to make any FastPass+ selections for him. His favourite attractions involve meeting characters and we were lucky enough to include Meet Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall, Meet Cinderella and Rapunzel at Princess Fairytale Hall, Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot among our FastPass+ selections. He didn’t have a FastPass+ but he had no problems accompanying us when we did. I think you should be okay but please check with a Cast Member when you arrive at the attraction for more information.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Meet the Panelist: Lynne, Quebec

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
