I have read that when dining with a party of more than 4, your party might get split up. I am planning on traveling as the only adult with my 4 children. I don't want split from them. Will they make an exception? Barb PA

    Hi Barb,

I am sure there are many exceptions to the rule with splitting up a larger party and this must be one of those exceptions!  I would suggest that you call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463) and let them know what your situation is, that you will be the only adult with 4 children and I am sure they would attach some sort of flag or note onto your reservations (I can't see that they would split up your children from you).  When I fly with my 8 year old daughter and we don't get our seats assigned together, I have always been accommodated when I have arrived at the airline desk (one lady told me that they would never split up a child from a parent even though I have seen this happen to others, I think it is all in who you are lucky enough to deal with).  I know I got off-topic there, but I was trying to compare similar situations and I am sure that Disney would accommodate your situation (I would hope so anyways as I have found Disney to be very accommodating to most specific needs that guests have).  I wish you a most magical vacation and many wonderful dining experiences within Walt Disney World!

    Best wishes,
