    When you have this many specific requests, you are much better off contacting the resort prior to arrival. By the time you arrive, many/most rooms will be assigned and occupied making requests difficult. 

    I suggest a few things to get the best room possible: 

    -Call a Disney Reservationist ASAP with all the travel confirmation numbers and have the reservations linked.  Explain your situation and have a note made of your requests, especially about one of your guests with mobility issues.   (407)W-DISNEY
    -About 5-6 days prior to your vacation, fax your resort directly (send attn:  Room Assignments) and repeat your request.
    -Prioritize your requests.  If a first floor room for mobility is most important, list that first.  Go down the line with rooms near each other, room location, etc. 
    -If an Accessible Room is required, make sure that is on your reservation.
    -Remember that room requests are noted but not guaranteed. Cast Members will work their hardest to accommodate you, so work with them at check-in.
    -Just a reminder to not wait until check-in for your requests as they become very difficult to accommodate.
