Hello moms! We are quickly approaching our trip and I could not be more excited! My question focuses around shipping materials and goods to my hotel. How much in advance would I have to ship my items and what should I include in the description? Thank you!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Valentina!

I am so happy to answer your question and I hope that you will continue to visit the Moms Panel for answers to all of your Walt Disney World Resort planning questions.

You are already doing a great job planning your vacation by deciding to use Walt Disney World Resort's Mail Services. Most ground shipping services take 7-14 days for delivery. I recommend that you ship goods and materials to your Resort Hotel at least 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival. It is always a good idea to ship with time to spare in case of shipping delays or issues.

Your package should be labeled with the following:

         • Your Disney Resort hotel's full mailing address

         • The word "Guest" clearly marked

         • The date of your arrival

Quick Tip: In this question sent to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I share even more information about Disney's Mail Services and about the kinds of items that Guests choose to ship in advance.  Check it out for more information.

Valentina, I wish you an unforgettable vacation! If you have any more questions please send them to the Disney Parks Moms Panel again.
