Do any "quick service" restaurants serve "French Dip" Sandwiches? I am fortunate that my husband of 29 years & My kids love my cooking including this sandwich. Is it offered anywhere?

Hi there, Catherine!  Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Few things are more comforting than a deliciously drippy French Dip sandwich! I wish I could get your recipe, as my husband is also a big fan. The best place in all of Walt Disney World Resort to get one (in his humble opinion) is at Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park. Although this Guest favorite French-inspired restaurant is a Signature Dining Experience at dinner, it remains a Quick Service restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I would highly recommend getting a reservation here, even if you're dining during lunch as I've seen the standby line stretch out the door many times (note that this is the only Quick Service meal at Walt Disney World that accepts dining reservations). The other suggestion I'd make is to pre-order your lunch from the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience up to 30 days before your reservation, which can save you a lot of time. After arriving at the restaurant, you’ll sit down, and your order will be delivered to you on real dishes — no paper plates here!

Let's talk about the food! The French Dip Sandwich comes with Pommes Frites (AKA french fries) perfect for dipping into the Au Jus. If you're looking for another side to go with it, the Potato Leek Soup and French Onion Soup are both solid choices. My Disney Parks Moms Panel friend, Jessica, raves about the Braised Pork served Coq Au Vin Style, and I can't wait to get a chance to try it! Of course, you must save room for the Master's Cupcake, topped with Lumiere’s special “Grey Stuff.”

Catherine, it just doesn't get any more magical than eating in the Beast’s ballroom!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
