For quick service dining plan,u get 2 meals & 2 snacks per day, correct? And that starts & ends upon check in & out of the hotel, right? So on our day of checking in,if we only use 1 meal credit for dinner than does the other meal credit roll over?

I hope your tummy is as rumbly as Pooh Bear’s, Mary! You’re in for some delicious treats at Walt Disney World Resort. The Disney Dining Plan is a fantastic way to settle up your meals so you can be “Fun and Fancy Free!”

You are correct! For this particular Disney Dining Plan, the Quick-Service Plan, you will receive 2 meals and 2 snacks per night of stay. Your credits always roll over to the next day, especially your snacks. I’ve been known to save all my snacks for my last day of stay, head to the Main Street Confectionary, and walk out with my vacation’s worth of snacks in Minnie Rice Krispy Treats to stuff my suitcase with!

On arrival day, if you’re coming in after lunch, use one of the meals as dinner. The second meal that is allotted for the arrival day, save for departure day and use it as your family breakfast. Each other days of stay will easily have your two quick-service meals and snacks to eat at your leisure. On your receipt after each meal should be listed your entitlements you have left; it will be easy to keep track of! Another alternative is to ask your Resort concierge for a printout of your meals that are used or available.

Did you know you’ll also get a refillable mug for each person on the Disney Dining Plan? My tip is to fill ‘em up right before you leave the Resort for the parks, and sip all day. If you get thirsty while you’re in Magic Kingdom Park, you can get free waters at a walk-up window, or pop over to the Contemporary for a refill… it’s good at ANY Resort! I hope you have a yummy vacation… and don’t forget to try the Grey Stuff! ~ Lindsey P.
