Hi! If we get the quick service dining plan, do we have to use the included beverage when we redeem an entree? For example, we want to drink water with our entree but may want a beer or milkshake while walking around during the day. Is this possible? TY!

    Bonjour Hayley!

The Disney Parks Moms Panelists invite you to Be Our Guest! Let’s pull up a chair as we proudly present, your drink options! The Disney Dining Plan is always a must for my family. We too usually go with the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan because are Mousketeers are still on the go. We do manage to enjoy one Character Dining Experience each trip, which is a family tradition for us.

When using a meal entitlement, you must order the included beverage at the time your meal is placed. Those beverage options include a single-serving of (where offered):
    • Artisanal Milkshakes
    • Fresh Smoothies
    • Premium Hot Chocolate
    • Soda, Coffee, or Tea
Guests 21 and older can enjoy an Alcoholic Beverage with their meal which includes (where offered):
    • Beer or Cider
    • Wine or Sangria
    • Mixed Drinks and Specialty Cocktails
I usually order a smoothie or milkshake with my meal and if I don’t finish it at the table, I just bring it along with me until I do. Don’t forget your Disney Dining Plan comes with 2 snacks per person per night! So you can still enjoy a frozen ice cream novelty on the go using a snack entitlement.

There will be plenty to enjoy and eat when on a Disney Dining Plan. My husband and I found that we were spreading our meals out a little further than normal because of the fun non-alcoholic beverages we were ordering with our meals!

    Bon appétit!
