I have a question about rider pass. Will they give me a paper pass to come back and my husband and oldest ride while I take youngest to do something she can do then we switch children and I ride with oldest? Or do I have to sit there with youngest and wait

    Hi Nina!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As the mom to a 2 year old and a 4 year old, the Rider Switch system really helps our days at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks go smoothly. Everyone in the family can enjoy the attractions on his or her "must-do" list and no one is stuck waiting around for things they are not going to experience. When the first party in your group is ready to ride, your entire family will proceed to the front of the attraction queue. Simply explain to the Cast Member that you will be using Rider Switch and the first group of riders will be directed into the queue. The other adult and your youngest child are then free to head out into other areas of the theme park to do things that your little Mouseketeer will enjoy.

I like to take my little guy onto attractions that are fun for him, such as Prince Charming Regal Carousel or Mad Tea Party, or enjoy a yummy treat with him while we wait. The first group of riders will receive a Rider Switch ticket that can be used by the second group of riders to enjoy the attraction using the FastPass+ queue. We love that little ones who can't enjoy the attraction aren't forced to wait in the queue or in a waiting area. Instead they can be doing fun things during that time, which helps them to not feel left out of the fun. Also, because we get a ticket, the second group of riders has the flexibility to enjoy the attraction when it is convenient for us during our park day!

Please let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
