    Diana from East Sussex Asked

My question is regarding 'My Disney Experience' App. A family member cannot see my plans, only dining reservations. There is a green check against her name and she's tried un-installing and re- installing the app but It hasn't made any diff

Hello Diana! Thanks so much for your question. I use My Disney Experience all the time at home to help plan my family vacations, and I also use it in the parks to check attraction wait times, and to plan FastPass+ selections on the go. I think it is one of the most helpful tools one can utilize while at Walt Disney World.

If you go to the 'My Profile' tab and then select 'Family and Friends', you should be able to click on your family member's profile. The green check mark simply means that you have clicked the box that says 'this person often travels with me'. That is a great start, but what you need to do is make sure that under the section titled 'Invite to Plan and Share' you click the selection that says 'View All My Activities'. This will allow your family member to view all of your plans and not just the dining reservations they are added to. Try and see if clicking that remedies the issue, and if it doesn't, I suggest calling (407) 939-4357.

I hope this helps, and if you need anything else please don't hesitate to ask. Happy planning, and have a magical Walt Disney World vacation!
