Hello, I have a question regarding the Disney Dining plan. The dining plan indicates "gratuities not included except on prepaid participating restuarants." Can you please explain what this means? Disney Dining Plan is prepaid, No? Thank you

    Hi Marilyn!

My son and I love the Disney Dining Plan!  What the phrasing "gratuities not included except on prepaid participating restaurants" means is that a guest will have to pay the gratuities on all the Table Service Restaurants with the exception of the ones that require prepayment for the meal.  Some examples of meals that must be prepaid with a credit card are the dinner shows like Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue, Mickey's Backyard BBQ, or the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show.  For these dinner shows the gratuity is included in the price of the dinner show.  Let us know if you have any further questions.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical!
