Question about the Magic Express. Our flight leaves Orlando at 8:25pm (Southwest), and we would like to go to one of the parks for part of that day. Anyone know about what time I'd have to be back at Pop Century to take the Magic Express to the airport?

    Hi Karen!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

For your return to Orlando International Airport, Disney's Magical Express generally picks you up at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel 2 - 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight time. This allows for travel time to the airport and for several other possible stops at nearby Disney Resort Hotels.

On your last evening at Walt Disney World, you'll receive a door hanger envelope on your resort room door containing information from Disney's Magical Express. Inside, you'll find a letter advising you of your pick up time and confirming the flight information you had previously supplied. If you do not receive this information the night before your departure, simply contact your resort front desk by phone and a Cast Member will assist you.

In advance of receiving your official documentation, you should plan on needing to be back at Disney's Pop Century Resort by about 5:00pm just to be safe. It's so nice to be able to enjoy a full day of fun in the parks on your departure day!

I hope this information is helpful to you Karen.
Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
