I have a question. I have a friend who saw a family of 4 package but her 4th attendee is under 3(1 year). Is it best for her to look for a family of 3 package since the children under 3 are free?? Thanks in advance!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lisa! Thanks for bringing us your question about Special Offers. It’s always a good idea to check them out when planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Guests under the age of 3 are Mickey’s special guests. These Mouseketeers do not need a theme park ticket, they can share meals with parents or siblings at table service restaurants and parents do not need to book FastPass+ reservations for them either! It’s safe to say, book for a party of three. We all know once they are teenagers they will make up for all the saving we did when they were tots!

Special Offers like the one you mentioned vary depending on the time of year you’re visiting. It’s always a good idea to check them out, even if you already booked your vacation in advance. Many times, you can call (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Resort Reservation Specialist to add the Special Offer to your reservation, saving you some money and possibly upgrading your vacation!

Lisa, when there’s more in the Disney vacation budget for sweet treats at Sleepy Hollow at Magic Kingdom Park, it’s always a good thing!

As your friend continues planning, tell her about the Baby Care Centers. You can find these centers at all four theme parks. They offer a clean, quiet and baby friendly environment where you can also find any baby items that you might have forgotten to pack like, diapers, formula and baby food.

I hope you enjoy your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort this Autumn! Say hi to Mickey for me!
