    Cindy from CA Asked

Can I put my annual pass on hold? Not my payments I will continue paying that, however just putting it on hold for a medical leave and continuing the time I had left on my pass when I’m ready to go back?

    Hello, Cindy!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to suspend Annual Passport privileges. You are correct that the contract for monthly installments does require Annual Passholders to remain current on payments. For Annual Passport information about monthly payments and answers to other questions about specific circumstances, I recommend contacting the Annual Passport Member Services

I’m hoping your situation is resolved quickly. Of course, it will be nice to be able to return to visiting The Happiest Place on Earth. But I’m sure you are anxious to be feeling well and able in general. If things are to the point that you may be able to visit the Disneyland Resort again sooner than expected, I hope that you will feel welcome and able to enjoy your visits to the fullest. Depending on the specific needs of individual Guests, various accommodations and assistance may be available. Guests with disabilities, even temporary disabilities, may be able to benefit from these services.

I’m sending you pixie-dusted wishes for many happy returns to the Disneyland Resort, Cindy. May you be able to fly over Never Land, punch it through hyperspace, roll through Ornament Valley, and stroll through Main Street, U.S.A. again soon.
