I am purchasing the memory maker. My sister/family is traveling with us but purchased tickets/magic bands separately. If they are on my family/friend list will they also be able to use the memory maker if I am not with them when they want pictures?

Hey there, Kendall! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re so glad you stopped by to bring us your question!

Kendall, one of my favorite services and products I never miss out on during my visits to the Walt Disney World Resort are Disney’s PhotoPass and Memory Maker. As the photo taker of the family, I’m often left out of the picture since I’m the one taking it! But thanks to Disney’s wonderful PhotoPass photographers, that’s no longer the case! It’s so easy to keep the whole crew in the picture. And the photos are high-quality and loaded with pixie dust!

Kendall, as long as the guests visiting with you are all linked in your My Disney Experience account, all their photos will load into your account, or to the account of the guest who purchased Memory Maker. All other guests will still see the water mark on their photos, but you will be able to download all the photos captured during your visit then share them with everyone. Make sure they remember to scan their MagicBands after each photo taken. You don’t want to miss any of those memories captured.

If anyone in your party doesn't have a MagicBand, hakuna matata; no worries! Have them ask for a PhotoPass card that you can link to your account. There is no limit to how many PhotoPass cards can be linked.

Be sure to ask your PhotoPass photographer for Magic Shots for that added pixie dust on your photos. And don’t forget to say CHEESE!

    Have a magical day,

    Emille ºoº
