I purchased a vacation package to stay at a Disney Resort for November 2018 which included tickets. We did not use all of our days available for the parks. I was told they will expire but I cant remember when. How do I find this out?

    Hi Nancy!

Because there are so many different types of tickets, I recommend you call a Cast Member in Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 for further details. They will review your tickets and provide you with the information you need regarding future use.

I love your question because I'm hopeful it means you will be returning to Walt Disney World Resort soon. 2019, now, more than ever, is such a special time to be at the Disney Parks! Be sure to check out the limited-time experiences occurring throughout Walt Disney World Resort! From surprise Character visits to themed food, and limited-time special edition merchandise, it's a truly magical time to be at Walt Disney World Resort!

Plus - this year, the Force is with us! On August 29th, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, an all-new land, opens. It's going to be amazing! New attractions, custom merchandise and Star Wars fans! I couldn't be more excited!!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding your theme park tickets or a future vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. Have a magical day!
