Hi I purchased two passes for a family member on my credit card using monthly payments. Is it possible to transfer it to her name to be held responsible for all payments from now on ? She is the pass holder.

    Hi there, Jacqueline!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for visiting us with your question about Annual Passports at the Disneyland Resort

Annual Passholders utilizing a monthly payment plan may provide a new credit or debit card number for their pass payments. However, the name of the credit cardholder must match the name of the person who signed the Annual Passport contract and agreed to be financially responsible, so you are not able to transfer the monthly payments or contract obligation to another person. If you’d like to switch your credit card on file or get information about paying off the balance owed on the passes with a one-time payment, please call Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at (800-410-4656) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday.

I hope this answers your question, Jacqueline. Please don’t hesitate to visit us again with any other pixie-dusted planning questions you may have about the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Wishing you magic,
