    HI! I purchased two day tickets in July for myself and my 3 children and was told I could use the one day in July and the other day in October when we return, but they aren't showing up as tickets in MY Disney Experience. What can I do?

    I am sorry you are having an issue with your tickets and My Disney Experience. I hope these tips will help you locate your tickets.

    If you purchased Magic Your Way Tickets with no expiration, you should be able to use the extra days on your next trip. First, I would call the cast members with tickets at 407-939-7523. They can confirm that you still have days on your ticket. You will need your tickets to locate the number. 

    Once they confirm you have days, you can ask to be transferred to a cast member who can assist with questions on My Disney Experience at 407-939-4357. This team can say assist you on why your tickets are not showing up in your My Disney Experience.
