We have purchased tickets for MNSSHP for members of our party who will now not be able to attend. Can we call Disney and have these tickets transferred to other members of our party who had originally not planned to attend?

    Hey Susan-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My favorite experience in September is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Let your Disney Side shine by dressing up in a costume and trick-or-treat throughout Magic Kingdom Park. This spooktacular party is not just for kids and is a must do.

I would call 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) and speak with a Cast Member and explain your situation. In general, “Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.” There is no guarantee that the ticket can be switched but if they have not been assigned to a member of your party and you have the correct tickets (child ticket transferring to a child or adult ticket transferring to an adult) you have a chance. Remember, all Cast Members want you to have the best time.

Disney Dad Tip: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a special ticket event and you may enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 p.m. even though the party starts at 7:00 p.m. You do not need an standard theme park ticket to enter with the special event ticket. I love the Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and Happy HalloWishes fireworks spectacular; it is sorcery in the sky!

Susan, enjoy making many Spelltacular and Magical Memories!
