Family planning a trip

I have purchased 9 tickets and linked them in my account to individual people. I have connected with one of my daughters but she can only see to tickets: mine and hers. How can we set it up so each person can see all tickets and make plans for all?

Hi, Austin! Thanks for coming to the Disney Parks Moms Panel for your vacation planning needs. I hEAR you have a magical family vacation coming up soon!

My Disney Experience is your one-stop-shop at Walt Disney World as it keeps your tickets, resort reservations, dining reservations, FastPass+ selections, and PhotoPass pictures all in one place. With all this data to handle, however, sometimes glitches can occur.

Once you send someone a Family & Friends invitation for My Disney Experience, they will receive an email notification and will have the choice to accept or decline your request. It sounds like you've completed this step already, but I've included a link to step by step directions just in case. Then, you and your daughter should able to add activities for each other (and everyone she manages) and share each other's plans. She will also be able to see:
    Your full name
    Your selected character image
Your Disney PhotoPass photos and other digital content
Your itinerary items, including theme park tickets
    Your age (or "18+")

I suggest logging into your My Disney Experience account to see how your permissions for your daughter are set. Instead of selecting "View Only Shared Activities," try clicking on "View All Activities," and see if this helps. If not, your best bet is to contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. Their phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST seven days a week, and I recommend calling early when the wait is lower.

Best wishes, Austin! I hope all your Disney dreams and wishes come true!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
