Mom and daughter on Dumbo

I had just purchased my tickets on July 1, 2019 I wasn’t sure if it was late or not to purchase them because I will be going to Disney on July 19 but flying out too Florida on the 18 and I wasn’t sure if I was going to get my tickets on time or not.

Hi, Breyda, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If you ordered your Walt Disney World Resort tickets online but asked for physical admission cards, the general delivery window is within 14 days. If you purchased your tickets on July 1, they should arrive prior to your July 18 departure.

I would recommend checking your purchase confirmation, though, to see if you have access to your ticket numbers. If you do, you can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account so you can go ahead and book your FastPass+ reservations. While Guests staying at an official Walt Disney World Resort hotel can book their FastPasses up to 60 days prior to their arrival date, any other Walt Disney World Resort Guest can book theirs up to 30 days out. Since you’re well within your 30-day window, you’ll want to try to book those experiences as soon as possible.

Before you leave, make sure you also have the My Disney Experience mobile app installed on your phone. This app is invaluable to me and my family during each of our Walt Disney World Resort vacations as it allows us to view, book and modify those FastPass+ selections, make or modify dining reservations, check attraction wait times, see which Character Experiences are available in each Park, and even order our food in advance (at select Quick-service locations throughout the Theme Parks and some Walt Disney World Resort hotels).

Enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Breyda, and please let us know if there are any other questions we can answer for you.
