I purchased tickets through my employer and was told they were Florida Residents, good for 4 visits and up to a year to use. How can I verify my expiration date and how many times I can go?

    Hi Jackie!

I'm delighted to assist a fellow Floridian! There are a few ways to verify the expiration date and other details of your ticket. You can check have a Cast Member verify your tickets at any ticket window at the theme parks or water parks, any concierge desk at any Disney Resort hotel or by visiting Guest Relations at Disney Springs. You can also verify by sending in an email to Guest Relations at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and you should receive a response within 14 business days. Be sure to include the following:

    1) A photo or scan of the front and back of each ticket.

    2) Your full name

    3) Where and when the tickets were purchased

    4) The purchaser's name (if not you) and the form of payment

    5) Your daytime phone number
