I had purchased tickets for Disney World (ADULT 2-Day Park Hopper®) and chosen the option of picking up tickets at the Park, however I would like to reserve our spots for certain attractions through FastPass, but don't know how? I only have an order#

Hi Marlene, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Let's get you on your way to enjoying your new Walt Disney World tickets!

If you bought your tickets through the Walt Disney World website, you should be able to start making your plans before you pick up your admission cards at a Theme Park Guest Relations window. To get started, you'll need a My Disney Experience account, if you don't already have one. It's free, and very easy to get started through the website or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you have your account squared away, you can link your tickets to your account if they're not automatically showing up. The app will walk you through the linking process if you need it.

Once you can see your tickets in the account, you're good to go! You can start selecting FastPass+ attractions up to 60 days in advance if you have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, or up to 30 days if you'll be staying offsite.

There's more on My Disney Experience on the Disney website, if you need a little more information. And of course, you can always stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question. We're here to help!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
