    I purchased tickets in my daughter's name online for will call.The bar code wasn't appearing in the confirmation letter so I called the group ticket # and was told that she has to go to guest relations & they can refuse issue. Suggestions please?

    I'm sorry you are having difficulties with the ticket you bought online.

    If you have the confirmation that you were charged for the ticket (e.g., a credit card charge), then I'd call back and see if they can figure out what happened. If they still tell you to go to guest relations, then be sure to bring all of that proof of payment with you.
