    Michele from NM Asked

Hi there! I purchased tickets through the Air Force base for the 3 day park hopper military tickets but one of my tickets is misspelled (the last name is missing a letter). I know we will have to show IDs at the entrance so will that be a problem? Thanks!

    Hey Michele!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It looks like you’re almost set for a magical trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!

I want to start off by thanking you for serving our country and protecting our freedoms! I see you’ve taken advantage of the special 3-day Park Hopper Tickets. Typically, it wouldn’t matter if you misspelled the name as they are then assigned when scanned at the park entrance turnstiles. Because you are using military tickets, you will need to show your military ID and it will need to match the name on one of the tickets. I spoke to a Cast Member and they said that if it’s just one or two letters off or missing then you’ll be OK because it is clear that it was just a mistake. They said it would be an issue if the first or last name was different than the ID. So it sounds like you’re good to go and don’t need to worry! The Cast Member said that in a worse case scenario you’ll have to go to one of the ticket booths to get it fixed. So maybe show up early on the first day, just in case.

If you haven’t done so already, you should consider adding Disney MaxPass to your tickets. With Disney MaxPass you’ll skip the main line and be able to make Disney FASTPASS selections right from your mobile phone! Also included is unlimited Disney PhotoPass photo downloads of all your pictures from around the parks and rides. It will make your days at the parks that much better!

Well Michele, I hope you have the most amazing time at the parks and if you have any more questions, you know where to find us!

Remember, always believe in the magic!
