    I purchased a season pass Feb 2020 Since I have not been able to use it will there be an extension of my year?

    A warm welcome from all of us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing us your question!

    I too am in the same situation as you are. My family has got quite some time left on our Annual Passports and we can’t wait to get back to the magic. Rest assured that Mickey and his pals are waiting for you and that you have several options to choose from in how you move forward with your Annual Passport. If you were on a payment plan, the payments should have already been temporarily suspended until the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen.  Once there is a reopening date, your Annual Passport will be extended accordingly for the days that the parks were closed. Depending on which type of Annual Passport you have will also factor into your new anniversary date.

    If you’ve already paid for your Annual Passport in full, then you have two options. You can choose to have your Annual Passport extended once a new opening date is announced, or you could receive a partial refund for the days that the theme parks were closed. There is no way to tell how much that refund would be until an opening date is announced. You don’t have to decide now what you want to do, but once an opening date is announced I would call the Annual Passport hotline so you can get some hard numbers and extension dates for your Annual Passport.
