    I just purchased a FL resident silver pass last night online. I received an email with the contract document in it but not the voucher itself. Where do i find my voucher to print out??

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! 

    I recently purchased a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass (a Disney Gold Pass) for my son and I didn’t get a voucher, either. From what I understand, you don’t need a “voucher” per se in order to be able to pick up your new Annual Pass. Just go to Guest Relations at any Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park or Disney Springs, with your confirmation number (a copy of the email you received would be great), the credit card that you used to purchase your Annual Pass and your Florida Resident ID and you’ll be able to pick up and activate it.
