    I just purchased a premium passport online, I wanted to do the monthly contract but when I hit submit it didn't ask for any of my information. I think I did something wrong?

    When purchasing an Annual Passport online, the second step after selecting your desired pass type is to select a payment option—either “Pay in Full” (a one-time payment due immediately for the total cost) or the “Monthly Payment Option” which is available to California residents with a down payment of $96 plus 12 monthly payments. If you were charged the entire amount up front, you probably selected the full payment option in the earliest steps.
