    Just purchased passes for our trip in November, but I am unable to get into the Passholder section without actually activating our passes. I was just given a will call # to use when we arrive. anyone know how to get around this ?

    Hi there Pamela,

    I am an Annual Passholder myself and I have to say that it has been such a great investment!  Our passes paid for themselves within the first few visits not to mention the extra discounts and exclusive perks!

    Unfortunately, in order to register for the online Passholder site, you'll have to activate your Annual Passes as the system will not accept vouchers or will call numbers.  If you would like to take advantage of an exclusive pass holder perk, such as an AP room rate, you can still do so by calling in to the Walt Disney Travel Company.  Just let them know you've purchased vouchers and plan to activate your Annual Passes on your upcoming visit!  

    You will be able to activate those passes at any guest services location at any of the theme parks as well as at Downtown Disney.
