I purchased park hopper tickets for 4 days (military special). We are staying at an off-site hotel. Are we able to use the monorail or other transportation between the parks if we are not staying at a park resort?

Hi Leslie! Walt Disney World Transportation is for use of both resort and park guests, so you are good to go! Depending on where you are and where you're going, you can use the monorail, boats or buses. This will be especially convenient for you as you hop from one theme park to another.

If you do choose to drive between parks, note that you only need to pay to park one time per day. If, for example you start your day at the Animal Kingdom, and want to end it at Epcot, just show your pass at the Epcot lot and you won't need to pay to park a second time on that same day.

Wishing you a magical vacation Leslie!
