We purchased non-expiration tickets a few years ago that we are still working on. When we were at Disney two years ago, they changed our paper tickets to cards. Can we use these tickets for the fastpass+? I have a my Disney experience log in name.

    Hi Karen,

You are already ahead of the game since you have created an account in My Disney Experience.  Yes, you may use your no-expiration Disney theme park tickets to make FastPass+ selections prior to your vacation.  Even if you have the older non-Radio Frequency (RF) tickets, you will still be able to use them to make FastPass+ selections in My Disney Experience.  First you will need to link your tickets to you (and your travel party) in My Disney Experience.  Then you will be all set to make your FastPass+ selections once your FastPass+ selection window opens.  Currently Guests may make FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance and Disney Resort hotel Guests may make FastPass+ selections up to 60 days in advance.

If you converted your old paper tickets after January 2013, chances are you have the new RF tickets which will allow you to use the theme park-entry touch point and the FastPass+ entrance touch points.  If not, a quick stop at Guest Relations will remedy that problem.  There is no charge to exchange old non-RF tickets into RF tickets but you must do so in person.

Thank you for your question Karen.  Please let us know if you have any further Disney vacation planning questions.  We are always happy to help!

    Blessings,
