Hello! We just purchased a nice camera for our Disney vacation and are wondering if we are allowed to have it with us on all rides? We would not want to leave it in the stroller. Thanks so much!

    Hello Bob!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  Walt Disney World will be a practically perfect place to capture all your magical vacation memories with your new camera.
I have good news!  You're welcome to take your camera with you on all the attractions.  I'd recommend having a camera bag or small bag with you to hold it during the day when you're not using it, along with other items you might need.  I never hit the parks without a small backpack for things like my wallet, phone, charger, sunscreen, snacks and a bottle of water.  I always keep the backpack with me, but often leave non-valuables behind in the stroller and have never had an issue.

On most rides, you'll be able to keep a small bag under your seat, next to you or in a bin in front of you.  If not, you can place it on the floor and put your foot through the strap to be sure it stays put.  On the rides where you may get wet, like Splash Mountain and Kali River Rapids, you may want to keep that in a plastic bag or under a poncho if you have electronics to protect from the water.

Wishing you a picture-perfect vacation, Bob!  Please visit us here again if we can help answer any other questions as you make your pixie-dusted plans.
