I just purchased a Memory Maker for myself and family (party of 5). The Memory Maker is linked to me and my husband and kids are linked to my Disney account. How do I link it to my family? There is no where in their profile that I can do it...

Hello Ilana and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question about Memory Maker.

Congratulations on your purchase of Memory Maker! Your friends and family will thank you for sharing your magical vacation memories with them. To make sure that all members of your family can use your Memory Maker, they need to be connected to your “My Family and Friends List” in My Disney Experience. If you need to invite them, click on your list and “+Add a Guest.” Find them from your reservation and send them an invitation to connect.

If you manage My Disney Experience accounts for your family members, you will click “Update” next to their name. This will allow you to check the box that gives permission to share “My PhotoPass Photos” with you. Once any family members have accepted your invitation to connect, they will need to click “Update” next to your name to share their photos with you. Since you are the owner of the Memory Maker, you have the access to crop, edit, and download any photos uploaded to your Memory Maker account. When anyone in your family has their photo taken by one of Disney’s PhotoPass Photographers, it will be automatically uploaded to your account. You will also receive all onboard ride photos and videos too. Remember to download all of your precious memories before they expire. Better yet, preserve them with a Memory Maker archive DVD. If you need any more help before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    Say cheese,
